Cancellation Policy

By purchasing the Signature Virtual Design service, you agree to the following terms: -All Sales Are Final. Due to the nature of this service, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided after purchase. -Design Process & Revisions: This package includes two initial design concepts and one revision per item. Additional revisions or concept changes will incur an additional fee. -Timeline: Please allow 4 – 6 weeks for design concept development. Project timelines may vary based on client response time and product availability. -3D Renderings: One (1) room rendering is included. Additional room renderings can be purchased separately. -Product Sourcing & Order Management: The designer sources exclusively from trade-only vendors to provide high-quality, curated selections. We will assist with placing orders, purchasing, and tracking deliveries through our white-glove service. However, the client is responsible for receiving deliveries and ensuring items are inspected upon arrival. -Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items: The designer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, defective, or damaged items. Any issues with orders must be resolved directly with the vendor or shipping carrier. -Installation & Implementation: This is a virtual design service. While we coordinate purchases and deliveries, we do not provide installation services. Any hired professionals should be properly vetted by the client. -Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide clear photos and accurate measurements of their space. The designer is not responsible for items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the client. -Communication: All communication will be conducted via email and scheduled virtual meetings. Responses to client inquiries will be provided within 2-3 business days during regular business hours. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
