Cancellation Policy

By purchasing The Bespoke Box, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. All Sales Are Final Due to the custom nature of this service, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided after purchase. 2. Service Inclusions The Bespoke Box includes a curated selection of material samples tailored to the client’s style and design needs. -A digital concept board will accompany the samples, showcasing how selections work together. -A maximum of two rounds of refinements based on client feedback. -Sample selections may be subject to availability. -A personalized video walkthrough explaining the selections will be provided. 3. Client Expectations & Responsibilities Clients must provide clear details regarding style preferences, color palettes, and any specific requirements during the intake process. Accurate measurements may be required for material selections (e.g., flooring, wallcoverings). The designer is not responsible for incorrect selections due to inaccurate information provided by the client. The client is responsible for reviewing and confirming design preferences before sample curation begins. Changes after sample curation may incur an additional fee. 4. Shipping & Delivery Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for sample selection and processing. Delivery times may vary based on vendor availability. The designer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. Any issues with shipping must be addressed directly with the carrier. 5. Additional Requests & Upgrades Additional samples, material categories, or refinements beyond the included package may incur an additional fee. 3D renderings, full room layouts, and additional design services are not included and must be purchased separately. 6. Communication All communication regarding The Bespoke Box will be conducted via email. Response times may take up to 2-3 business days during regular business hours. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
