Cancellation Policy

By purchasing the Luxe Blueprint Design service, you agree to the following terms: -All Sales Are Final. Due to the nature of this service, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided after purchase. -Design Process & Revisions: This package includes two initial design concepts and one revision per item. Additional revisions or concept changes will incur an additional fee. -Timeline: Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for design concept development. Project timelines may vary based on client response time and product availability. -3D Renderings: Renderings are not included in this package but can be purchased separately. -No Order Management or Implementation: This is a DIY design plan. The designer does not manage purchases, order tracking, deliveries, or installation. Clients are responsible for executing the design using the provided plan. -Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items: The designer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, defective, or damaged items. Any issues with orders must be resolved directly with the vendor or shipping carrier. -Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide clear photos and accurate measurements of their space. The designer is not responsible for items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the client. -Communication: All communication will be conducted via email. Responses to client inquiries will be provided within 2-3 business days during regular business hours. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
